Nope! It's a statue about to crush a crowd of ponies! Is a certain somepony coming to the rescue? Because whoever it is, it sure isn't him!
I haven't seen many vectors with this pose or expression, so this happened of course! I also took the liberty of modifying his hind legs per this.
